Booking policy

To confirm definitely your booking, we require a 50% deposit based on the total of the order, by cheque in Euros to Auberge Bidarray or by American Express Card, Visa Card, Master Card, Diners Club, or JCB.

Cancellation policy

Full refund up to 14 days prior to arrival.
From 14 to 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the whole stay will be charged. Less than 7 days prior arrival and no show, the cost of the total stay will be retained by the hotel.
Early departures will be charged at the cost of the entire stay.

During low season, restaurant open everyday for lunch and dinner (except on Tuesdays during all day, and Wednesdays for lunch).

During Middle and High seasons, restaurant open everyday for lunch and dinner.
