Gastronomic restaurant with panoramic terrace in the Basque Country

Lore Ttipia Restaurant

It is in the old farm with character with red tiles dating from the 17th century that John Argaud and the new team of the restaurant Lore Ttipia give life to a contemporary inn. An inexhaustible source of inspiration, the 7 Basque provinces punctuate a cuisine over the seasons where the fire subtly reveals tasty land-sea alliances. Imagined by the young pastry chef Damien Albert from the Basque country, the desserts harmoniously extend this taste for original and marked flavors.

On the cellar side, the old Basque dresser open to the room houses more than four hundred references. Inspired by the unique soils on Triassic red sandstone or Keuper ophite, sommelier Elisa Combrouze accompanied by Denis Verneau, Sommelier Meilleur Ouvrier de France, unearthed beautiful nuggets from the hillsides of Irouléguy and Riojas as well as unknown vineyards. of the South West.

Depending on your wishes and the weather of the day, meals can be taken on the panoramic terrace with a view of the mountains or in the warm dining room of this typical Basque country mansion.
